Humulus lupulos (Hops) is indigenous to Europe and Asia. It is grown commercially throughout Northern Europe and in the higher elevations of the United States.
Main Actions: Sedative, antispasmatic ( calms involuntary muscles ), aromatic bitter ( breaks down food)
Main Uses: stimulate digestive system, increase gastric fire and secretion *sedation(main use)
Good For: Stress, Anxiety, Tension *Do not use if depression is a factor due to products dense nature
Contraindications/ Cautions:Generally Regarded as safe (GRAS)
